At PixFusion we are committed to protecting your privacy online. Our pledge is to safeguard any personal information that you provide us, and to make every reasonable effort to use this information only as you choose.
We collect two types of information from visitors to the Website: (1) Personally Identifiable Information; and (2) Non-Personally Identifiable Information, such as your IP address or cookies.
Personally Identifiable Information
"Personally Identifiable Information" is information that identifies you personally, such as your name, address, billing and delivery information, telephone number, email address, gift recipient information, credit card information or digital media. PixFusion collects and stores the personally identifiable information that you have provided to us. Here are some examples of ways in which we may collect your personally identifiable information on the Website.
PixFusion may collect personally identifiable information online when:
you register to become a member of kideo.com or another PixFusion service
you use our services to store your pictures online
you make online purchases
you submit questions or comments to us
you request information or materials
you request warranty or post-warranty service and support for a PixFusion product
you register products online
you participate in online surveys
you participate in online promotions, premiums, sweepstakes or contests
The above list provides an example of the personally identifiable information that may be collected on the Website. If you do not want PixFusion to collect your personally identifiable information, please do not provide it to us.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
"Non-Personally Identifiable Information" can be technical information or it can be demographic information, such as your age, gender or interests. Non-personally identifiable information does NOT identify you personally. Here are some examples of the non-personally identifiable information that is collected via the Website and a description of how this information is used:
Internet Protocol (IP) address -- Your IP address is a number that lets computers attached to the Internet know where to send you data -- such as the webpages you view. We use this information to deliver our webpages to you upon request, to tailor our Website to the interests of our users and to measure traffic within our Website.
Cookie -- A "cookie" is a small text file that may be used to collect information about your activity on the Website. For example, when someone visits a page within the Website, a cookie is placed on the user's machine (if the user accepts cookies) or is read if the user has previously visited the Website. You may set most browsers to notify you if you receive a cookie, or you may choose to block cookies with your browser, but if you do, you may not be able to take advantage of the personalized features enjoyed by other users to our Website. Some of the cookies we use may be flash cookies or Adobe cookies.
While they are harmless, they may contain Demographic Information (defined below) and depending on your browser these cookies may not normally be deleted when your cookies are deleted. Please check your browser to determine where these types of cookies are stored and how they may be deleted.
Web Beacons (also known as "clear gifs," "web bugs" or "pixel tags") -- "Web Beacons" are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to allow us to count users who have visited certain pages of the Website and to help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns. When used in HTML-formatted email messages, web beacons can tell the sender whether and when the email has been opened. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, web beacons are embedded invisibly on web pages.
Demographic Information -- "Demographic Information" may be your gender, age, zip code and interests, which you voluntarily provide to us on the Website. We use this information to provide you with personalized services and to analyze trends to ensure the information provided by the Website meets your needs.
We collect the above non-personally identifiable information from all visitors to our Website. If you do not want PixFusion to have access to this information, please do not visit our Website.

To third parties as part of any corporate reorganization process including, but not limited to, mergers, acquisitions, and sales of all or substantially all of our assets.
To track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers and provide such information to third parties.
To protect against potential fraud, we may verify with third parties the information collected from our Website. In the course of such verification, we may receive personally identifiable information about you from such services. We may also collect and record information about what you viewed on our Web site. We may use this type of information and combine it with your personal information to help customize our future interactions with you. In doing so, we hope to provide better service to you by tailoring our communications to match your interests - to give you more of what you want and less of what you don’t want. However, we will provide you with the opportunity to tell us not to use this type of information in future communications.
Personal Information about Others
If you send us information about others, we will use that information (usually an e-mail address) to do what you asked us to do.
Invitations and Other Communications to Non-users
PixFusion users can send content to friends via our system and invite friends to join the service via third-party single sign-on services (e.g., Facebook Connect). PixFusion stores the email addresses that users provide so that PixFusion can send notifications authorized by users and related reminders to such email addresses. PixFusion does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication besides those initiated by users and we may also send them information and/or special offers about products and services, but they can easily decline receiving any further communications from us. Recipients of emails from PixFusion may unsubscribe from receiving emails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” Link at the bottom of our emails.
We communicate with users who subscribe to our services via email. For example, we may use your email address to confirm your request, to send you notice of payments, to send you information about changes to our products and services, and to send notices and other disclosures as required by law. Generally, users cannot opt-out of these communications, but they will be primarily informational in nature rather than promotional.
However, we provide you the opportunity to exercise an opt-out choice if you do not want to receive other types of communication from us, such as emails or updates from us regarding new services and products offered on this Website or if you do not want us to share your personally identifiable information with third parties. The opt-out choice may be exercised by ticking or un-ticking the appropriate box if such checkbox is available at the points where personally identifiable information is collected or by contacting us. We will process your unsubscribe as soon as possible, but please be aware that in some circumstances you may receive a few more messages until the unsubscribe is processed. You also may opt-out of receiving such emails by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link within the text of the email or changing your Account Settings.
Third Party Web Sites
This statement applies solely to information collected on the Website. The Website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other web sites.
Third Party Advertisers
PixFusion may from time to time display targeted third party advertisements on its sites that may be of interest or benefit to you based on aggregate nonpublic personal information. If you respond to these advertisements and then give the advertiser personal information about yourself, you may choose to reveal to the advertiser or ad server that you possess the characteristics used to select the audience for the advertisement.
Protecting Your Information
However, while we strive to protect your personal information, you must also take steps to protect your information. We urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal information while you are on the Internet. At a minimum, we encourage you to change your passwords often, using a combination of letters and numbers, and make sure that you are using a secure browser as you surf the Internet. For more information about how you can protect yourself online visit the site Better Business Bureau Web Site.
Protecting the online privacy of children is especially important, and those under the age of 13 are protected by federal law. For that reason, PixFusion does not knowingly permit children under the age of 13 to become registered members of our sites, or to buy goods and services on our sites, without verifiable parental consent. PixFusion does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information about children under 13, except with their parent’s express consent.
If we ever include children under the age of 13 as part of our intended site audience, those specific web pages will, in accordance with the provisions of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), be clearly identified and provide an explicit privacy notice; and we will provide processes to obtain parental approval, provide access to information and allow parents to request removal of their children’s personal information.
PixFusion encourages parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and to participate in their interactive activities and interests.
For more information on tips on protecting children’s privacy online, we suggest you check out the FTC’s site: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/tech/tec08.shtm

There may be a nominal charge for information requested. We will make every reasonable effort to make sure your requests are met. To protect your privacy, proof of identity is required.
